User:
  1. a driving school designated under section 88K of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”) for private cars, light goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance and subject to the terms and conditions as are specified in the Tenancy Agreement and the code of practice issued under section 88N(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance as it is in force from time to time and the conditions specified under section 88K of the Road Traffic Ordinance in respect of the designation for private cars, light goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles and subject to the adequacy of facilities to be provided such other classes of vehicles as the Commissioner for Transport may approve;
  2. a Transport Department Driving Test Centre; and
  3. a road safety centre for the promotion of road safety
TENDER CLOSING DATE AND TIME
12:00 noon on Friday, 21 February 2025

Tenders must be enclosed in two separate sealed envelopes, with

  1. one envelope enclosing one (1) original and one (1) legible photocopy of the duly signed Form of Tender together with a cheque or cashier’s order with “Tender for Tenancy Agreement No. STTHWS0098: Rent Submission” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope; and
  2. the other envelope enclosing one (1) original and seven (7) legible photocopies of the duly signed Proforma (together with its Annexes and other supporting documents (where required)), which has no indication of the rental offered, with “Tender for Tenancy Agreement No. STTHWS0098: Technical Submission” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope;

and the two sealed envelopes should be bound together for submission.  The bundle containing a tender should be sealed and labelled as “Tender for Tenancy Agreement No. STTHWS0098” addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board; and deposited in the “Government Secretariat Tender Box” at the Lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong.  Late tenders and tenders not deposited in the “Government Secretariat Tender Box” will not be accepted.
