Web Accessibility Conformance Statement

We are committed to ensuring that our website conforms to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA requirements to the maximum extent possible. However, as this website contains colour digital maps and complicated spatially interrelated contents, it is impossible to incorporate all WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility requirements such as to convey the map information without relying on colours, provide text descriptions for all map images and control map functions simply using keyboards. Besides, since this website contains some multi-media contents, archive materials, public submissions and documents that cannot be converted into formats meeting the above requirements, not all WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility features have been incorporated.
