Geospatial Information Services

Lands Department supports Government Bureaux/Departments (B/Ds) through the integration of vast amount of spatial data from various sources and provision of web-based GIS services to both B/Ds and the general public. Lands Department aims at improving accessibility and availability of geospatial information. It also supports the development and implementation of Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI) and acts as an adviser to B/Ds on geospatial information matters. Major geospatial data platforms managed and maintained by the Lands Department include: HKSAR Geospatial Information Hub (GIH), GeoInfo Map, MyMapHK, VoiceMapHK, Hong Kong Map Service 2.0 and CSDI Portal.
