New Development Area

Lands Department is charged to coordinate the land resumption and clearance within New Development Areas, including the Kwu Tung North/Fanling North New Development Areas, Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area and Yuen Long South New Development Area. Lands Department is also responsible for handling the land exchange applications and land disposal within the above areas.
