Disciplinary Orders

Where a Disciplinary Board appointed under the Land Survey Ordinance (Cap. 473) makes an order under section 25(1) of the Ordinance, section 26 of the Ordinance requires that, subject to other provisions, the Land Surveyors Registration Committee shall publish a copy of the order or, if the order is varied on appeal, the order as so varied in at least 1 English and 1 Chinese language newspaper circulating daily in Hong Kong; and may publish the same in any other publication or manner as the Committee thinks fit.

New disciplinary order or new order as so varied on appeal is currently unavailable, or the publication of new order or order so varied on appeal is under arrangement.
