(i) The Digital Map shall only be used in the computer systems as specified in the “Computer Terminal” when purchasing from the Hong Kong Map Service 2.0.

(ii) The provided Government Digital Map shall not be used in any purpose other than the above contract.

(iii) The Government Digital Map shall not be distributed in whole or in part and in whatever forms and/or media to any third party.

(iv) The Government Digital Map stored in our computer systems and storage media shall all be erased and destroyed right after the completion of the above contract on (the completion date of the contract must be filled in) or date of completion of the work, whichever is earlier.

(v) We understand that our staff have to abide by the above conditions upon their use of the Government Digital Map. If they are proved to be liable for the infringement of copyright of the Government Digital Map, our company has to compensate the Government for any loss and damage.
