A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding medium goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, special purpose vehicles, public buses, motor tractors, articulated vehicles, gas vehicles and any motor vehicles carrying or laden with any container, cylinder or receptacle, whether such container, cylinder or receptacle is empty or not, which is used or to be used to contain liquefied petroleum gas for any purpose other than as the motor fuel for such motor vehicles) currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”). The terms “motor vehicle”, “medium goods vehicle”, “heavy goods vehicle”, “special purpose vehicle” and “public bus” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance; the terms “motor tractor” and “articulated vehicle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap. 374A), any amendment thereto, substitution therefor; and the terms “gas vehicle”, “container”, “cylinder” and “liquefied petroleum gas” shall be as defined in the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation

1. Organizing and managing the Event/Activity (as defined in Part I of the Tender Application Form of STTKE0063);
2. Retail and services and eating place as may be approved by the Standing Committee (as defined in Special Condition No. 34 in the Third Schedule of the Tenancy Agreement) at its sole discretion; and
3. Public open space for 24 hours each day except during the period when the Event/Activity is being organized and managed

Four years and nine months certain and thereafter quarterly

Placement of empty skips and parking of skip lorries with empty skips on a fee-paying basis by members of the public and such other ancillary purposes as may be approved in writing by the Director of Environmental Protection. The decision of the Director of Environmental Protection as to what shall constitute “skips”, “empty skips” or “ancillary purposes” shall be final and binding upon the Tenant

A fee-paying public carpark for parking of buses and light buses (excluding public light buses and franchised buses) currently licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (the terms “bus”, “light bus”, “public light bus” and “franchised bus” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation) 

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding medium goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, special purpose vehicles and trailers) which are currently licensed for use on public streets and roads under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”). The terms “motor vehicle”, “medium goods vehicle”, “heavy goods vehicle”, “special purpose vehicle” and “trailer” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of private cars, taxis, motor cycles, motor tricycles and van-type light goods vehicles currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation. The terms “private car”, “taxi”, “motor cycle” and “motor tricycle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and the term “van-type light goods vehicle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap. 374E), any amendment thereto, or substitution therefor
