A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles which are currently licensed for use on public streets and roads under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation

1. Carving, storage and sale of grave stones and such related activities as may be approved by the District Lands Officer; or
2. Plant nursery or flower stall including sale of plant or both; or
3. Storage of the Tenant's goods excluding building materials, aggregates (being crushed or uncrushed natural mineral substances for production of concrete), scrap metals, materials for recycling, vehicles for stripping and breaking, offensive goods (in determining whether any goods stored on the Premises amount to "offensive goods" the decision of the District Lands Officer shall be final and binding on the Tenant) and dangerous goods as defined in Section 2 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation; or
4. Any combination of the above

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding articulated vehicles and gas vehicles), all of which must be currently licensed under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation (hereinafter referred to as “the Road Traffic Ordinance”). The term “motor vehicle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance, the term “articulated vehicle” shall be as defined in the Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap. 374A) and any amendment thereto or substitution therefor, and the term “gas vehicle” shall be as defined in the Gas Safety Ordinance (Cap. 51), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation

1. Industrial
2. Open storage
3. Godown
4. Workshop for repair of motor vehicles
5. Workshop for repair of machines, electrical appliances or industrial equipment
6. Operation of a business in the recovery and recycling or in connection with the reprocessing of metals, papers, plastics, tyres, electrical and electronic appliances, glass, textile, old clothes, wood and furniture or any combination of the above materials found in and recovered from municipal solid waste generated locally in Hong Kong. For the avoidance of doubt, sorting of municipal solid waste to generate the abovementioned recyclable waste materials is not permitted to be carried out at the Premises
7. Any combination of the above uses

1. Industrial (excluding production of concrete and/or asphalt or any part of the process for production of concrete and/or asphalt)
2. Godown (excluding storage of dangerous goods)
3. Open storage (excluding storage of containers, cement, sand, chemical products and dangerous goods)
4. Workshop for repair of motor vehicles
5. Workshop for repair of machines, electrical appliances or industrial equipment
6. Any combination of the above uses

Hung Leng North Road, Ping Che in Demarcation District Nos. 76 and 77, New Territories

1. Open storage (excluding storage of containers, cement, sand, chemical products and dangerous goods)
2. Workshop for repair of motor vehicles (excluding container vehicles with or without trailer)
3. Godown (excluding cargo handling and forwarding facility and storage of dangerous goods)
4. Workshop involving small scale manufacturing process or processes
5. Any combination of the above uses

A fee-paying public carpark for the parking of motor vehicles (excluding medium goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, buses, container tractors and trailers and any motor vehicle carrying or laden with any cylinder, receptacle or container, whether empty or not, which is used or to be used to contain liquefied petroleum gas for any purpose other than as the motor fuel for such motor vehicle) which are currently licensed for use on public streets and roads under the provisions of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374), any regulation made thereunder and any amending legislation
